the former ferry cabin is located in vΓ€rmland by the norsΓ€lven 20 km from karlstad, 4 km from kil
the summer cottage is located on a large plot next to the water The cottage is approx. 50 square meters and has a living room with wood burning stove. There is a kitchen with fridge / freezer, hob / oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher. There is a hall and bathroom. There is a double bedroom. The cottage has 8 places to sleep.
the cottage has a porch along the long side of the cottage, facing the river On the porch there is also a brick barbecue. The cottage also has a heat pump with AC. On the plot there is a barbecue house for 12 people and plenty of space to play. By the river there is a large jetty where you can fish for pikeperch etc.
on the bridge you can also grill, sunbathe and swim (in the river) At the bridge there is a boat for 6 people. With the boat you can row or go out with an electric motor along the river in an Alaska-like nature or go out and fish.
