this former mill from the 19th century stands on a 1500m² enclosed plot of land right by the ellé river The historic centre of Quimperlé with its shops is about a kilometre away. The building has been carefully renovated and houses two exceptional holiday apartments, accessed via a pedestrian bridge. Holiday-makers will find an oasis of tranquillity in these idyllic surroundings.
the garden provides plenty of secluded little spots A grill, garden furniture and sun loungers are provided for relaxing. You can have fun playing table tennis or table football. The site is secured by an automatic gate. Parking spaces are available.
canoeing on the river is a popular sport There is a canoe and kayak club 300 metres from the house, which has introductory courses, also for children. Of course there are also places you can go swimming and fishing. There are many hiking trails such as the famous GR 34 nearby. The well-known beaches at Pouldou are a 15-minute drive away.

a former 19th century flour mill situated in the middle of the river "éllé", 1km from the historic centre of the lower town of quimperlé, "haven of peace" or "little paradise" are the names my guests give me after enjoying the peace and quiet of the place The river that runs through me is navigable by canoe for several kilometres upstream and downstream; 13 kilometres separate me from the ocean, the ports and beaches of Guidel and Le Pouldu.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table. All four bedrooms have chestnut or pine parquet flooring. All beds have a slatted base and mattress cover. Two bedrooms have double beds (140 cm and 160 cm). The third has two single beds (90 cm) and the fourth has another single bed (90 cm). The first bathroom has a bath/shower, two washbasins and a toilet. The second has a shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a third separate WC.
