the apartment was completed after a conversion in spring 2012 and is on the ground floor It is in the left part of our site, provides around 40m² of living space and is suitable for up to two people. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances such as an oven, stove, fridge and microwave. There is also a cosy dining space right by the window. The living room has a lovely corner sofa and a flatscreen TV is also available.

Our capital is about an hour away by car or train. If you prefer a more relaxing time, then it is just 15 minutes to the thermal baths in Bad Saarow. The cycle trail, Oder-Dahme Spree, runs through the locality, for active sports enthusiasts. There are shops in the neighbouring town, as well as banks, a doctor and a pharmacy. You can go on major shopping tours in Berlin, Beeskow, Fürstenwalde and across the border to Poland.
