this charming and historic new england cape features a large kitchen with eating island, elegant quartz counter tops, a large dining space, and living room with a stone fireplace on the main floors There is also a full bath with walk in shower and washer/dryer. The second floor features 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen), and a full bath with walk-in shower. The third floor features a large sleeper bonus room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds, and room for more sleeping capacity ( listed as 4th bedroom).
the home has all-new kitchen appliances, full laundry, wifi, central heating and cooling, a covered front porch, a 3-season sun room for relaxing, reading, and a rear deck and large, private back yard for partying and barbecuing The house sits back on top of a hill with a large driveway for plenty of parking. This is a family owned house since 1945 when the patriarch of the family, Raymond Seaward, returned home from WWII as a decorated war hero. The family recently renovated it with an American theme in honor of their grandfather.
