Nestled on a very private, wooded lot, this home is perfect for small families or couples who want to be very close to Lake Rabun and Clayton as well as many other area attractions including world class hiking, golf, white-water rafting/kayaking, zip lines and restaurants. It's a quick and scenic stroll to historic Lakemont village where you'll find a wonderful spa, art galleries, shopping, and a delicious gourmet deli! All 3 bedrooms open to large porches that overlook the surrounding woods. The large, front porch has recently been screened in, so that the adjoining bedrooms can enjoy the fresh mountain air! One bedroom features a king bed, another has 2 twin beds and a third, cozy "honeymoon suite" has a double bed. The living room also has a pull out sofa bed.
