Newly remodeled, cozy, contemporary, beautiful, and bright daylight basement suite in the elegant Laurelhurst historic James Dougan home. Built in 1922. Walking distance to Hawthorne, Belmont, hundreds of restaurants and shops. Queen bed + convertible sleeper sofa, kitchenette shared with suite across hall. "absolutely recommend this place! one of my favorite places i've stayed, quiet & clean, great location, and the host is so sweet!"
10 mins to downtown 15 mins to the Airport. We are Superhosts with Airbnb and take great pride in providing a safe, comfortable, friendly, clean, and pleasant experience to all our guests. We've hosted guests from around the world and have only received excellent reviews. We know you'll love this suite. We live upstairs, but this is a separate unit, secured from the rest of the house, with your own private entrance. The kitchen is shared with another suite across the hall.
