enter through the historic front entry of the 1849 cpt Ingraham into the foyer. To the left, is unit one which features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. At the top of the stairs, you will find two units that together provide 3.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed and two sofa beds with additional sleeping for 4 guests.

the unit is uniquely divided between the first floor and lower level Up the side stairs, you will enter through a private entrance.
you will enter into the kitchen area, which features a full kitchen stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal in house A full bathroom with in unit washer/dryer is off of the kitchen. Around the corner you will find a large office for working from home as well as a queen pull out sofa. On the right side of the entry, is a spacious living room with a fireplace (non-working).

the second unit is on the second floor and to the right of the home It features black and white accents and newly remodeled space. The bathroom features a classic black and white mosaic floor and subway tile with duel rainfall and adjustable shower heads. It also features a grohe smart control. A stacked LG ThinQ washer/dryer finishes the space.
