3 Bedroom House in Waverly
Cozy Hilltop house has been completely redecorated. The house is overlooking Kentucky lake. House has a total of three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor...each with a double bed. A large family bedroom is located in the daylight basement. It houses two king-sized beds as well as a fold out sofa bed chairs, and bedroom furniture. Our house sleeps 10. We have added a 3rd bathroom on this level. It also has dish for tv and a DVD player.Sorry, we do not have WiFi. The house has two bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathtub with shower in one bath and a shower in the other bathroom.The large living room has two sectional sofas and a chair. We have dish tv. Cell reception is spotty but usually available on the deck. Again, no WiFi is offered. The dining table seats six people and there are extra stools and a bar table as well. The kitchen is modern with new appliances. It is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. We do not have a dishwasher. Bottled water is provided free. The deck has a large picnic table with built in seating. There are several deck chairs as well. A fireplace and charcoal grill and fire pit are provided for guests to enjoy too! The house is located about thirteen miles from Waverly where food can be purchased. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Family members live across the street. A public acess for loading and unloading boats is a short distance away at the foot of hill. A washer and dryer are available for use by our guests. They are located in the basement. Beginning Oct 1, 2021 no pets will be allowed. . Rates are $195. per night with a two night stay required. A $100 cleaning fee is required. Relaxation is what this home is about. From the deck one can usually view eagles and small wildlife. The view is amazing! If you like to fish or boat and have equipment then this place is for you. Guest may launch boat from public access at the foot of the hill but we do not own a dock. Boats would need to be pulled out and parked on our property after use. Our place has a million-dollar view from the deck!.
