Positive: Fabulous location, quiet and secluded, enough parking for all our party on the drive. Short walk into town and to a lovely walk along the river. Great space downstairs for socialising, and well equipped kitchen. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. House nice and warm when needed, even though open plan.

Negative: Had not realised one of the bedrooms led off another bedroom when booked, but we managed this, as it also had access to the bathroom. One of our party got stuck in the utility room, and we struggled with the downstairs bathroom, as the handles did not open the doors properly, they stuck shut or did not shut.
