the master bedroom is located on the ground floor, featuring a king sized bed with step free access to the outside (with a step up into the kitchen) and ensuite wc/shower room
the second bedroom is upstairs, also featuring a king sized bed, and is next door to the colourful third bedroom with a bunk bed All bedrooms have blackout curtains and secondary blinds; linen and towels are provided andprofessionally laundered for each guest.

the kitchen is well equipped with a 5 hob electric range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, crepe maker, and all the essentials, whilst the utility room has a washing machine, iron & ironing board, and drying rack
returning outside, the garden room is air conditioned, and is a perfect distraction particularly if there is poor weather, with table football, jigsaws, toys, and a playstation classic
you will have the whole home to yourselves, including our games room / air conditioned garden room The garden is very large with lawn, decking, fruit trees, loads of raspberries in the summer, and a BBQ area.

beautiful countryside walks, a number of lovely local pubs in walking distance serving food and real ales (swan inn in monks eleigh, the peacock in chelsworth, the six bells in preston st mary, the rose in lindsey.. all dog friendly!)
