2 Absolutely NO parties or loud events. These are residential units so please be respectful of other tenants.
3 Unauthorized guests may be reported for trespassing, the stay could be cancelled with zero refund, and/or booking guest financially responsible for booking my be charged an additional $150 per person.
4 NO weed inside the condo, only on the patio. Any violations of this rule will be fined $300 for professional cleaning.
5 Neighbors will notify us of any suspicious activity or illegal activity. Any reports may subject your stay to be cancelled with no refund.
6 You are responsible for the safety of your child(ren). Our unit is not childproof.
7 NO third party booking. The guest booking the stay must be in attendance. Violation of this could lead to your reservation being cancelled with no refund.
