Summary: Great communication with the property manager and response was timely. The apartment has great amenities (washing/dryer, stove, microwave, Keurig, hair dryer, iron, shampoo/conditioner, cookware, wine glasses, and a few water bottles and snacks). The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were modern. The apartment was in a great location to markets, fast food and restaurants. We went to 1618 Asian Fusion which is down the street for a spectacular meal. We ran along the river which is down the street from the apartment. We were 5-10 minutes from many of the downtown places we wanted to hit up (Yeti, Line hotel, Aba, shopping, and food trucks). We appreciated the reserved parking spaces allowed on the premise.
