it's located within easy walking distance of the "nuns beach", which looks out on the heads and to the rip Behind the house a short stroll will take you to Swan Bay and the bike path, and a childrens' playground is in the school directly behind the house. Another short stroll will take you to the main shopping area or the lookout for a coffee.
