Hand feed three tamed pet seagulls from the third-floor balcony overlooking the ocean, enjoy lobster rolls at the picnic table or on the deck atop the sea wall, or enjoy a good book in one of two hammocks by the deck. Prepare and enjoy a beach-side barbecue with the gas grill, placed in a dugout to protect your food from wind and sand. Bikes and ample beach gear available for days filled with sunshine and fun, and family fun nights are at hand with a large selection of games, toys, videos, and DVDs at your disposal.
