Positive: The location of the property was the best part of the property and the neighborhood. It was large enough for the family with plenty of beds and good space in the kitchen/dining room.
Negative: I did not like that the outside patio area by the pool was unkempt. Tried to take the trash out but it was difficult due to overgrown weeds on both sides of the house. Did not use the grill because of them. The pool area had cracked walkway and rat poop around the outer door. It just seemed uncared for - not what the pictures showed. The wi-fi was turned on and off because one of the light switches by the door was on the same line, but the light switches had no note to tell us to not touch it. When we checked out I was called by the owner to ask me to turn it back on, but had already driven 3 hours. We were still able to lock the door so it worked out, but I was told that ‘the kids’ are curious and they had messed with it!!! Again, there was nothing at the house to indicate how wi-fi was connected, nor was it in any instructions. We were here for a memorial service so I was not thinking about wi-fi. There was also a light switch outside that had no cover, and light switch inside that was broken. Some maintenance needs to happen to charge the price we paid. Also we searched for pet friendly through booking thinking the price given included the pet fee. We were wrong - and once we booked the place - $76 more was added and then found out that we’d be charged $261 more for bringing a dog! The whole thing was kinda difficult.
