Beautiful heated pool home with three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms located in a very nice neighborhood close to Pine Lakes Golf Course. As soon as you walk in from the double door entry way there are cathedral ceilings throughout and an expansive view of the large enclosed pool yard with plenty of seating and cable TV. The home’s Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 50inch TV and sliders that open up to the pool yard. The next bedroom has a queen size bed with a 32 inch TV and a large window that overlooks the nice blue pool. The last bedroom has a set of bunk beds consisting of a queen over a queen also furnished with a 32 inch TV.
the family room is opened up to the kitchen with cathedral ceilings and a large sectional facing a 65 inch tv
the kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and an eat in area that seats four There is more seating at the dining room which has seating for six. The last room in our home is a game room which includes a seven foot long air hockey table and a 50 inch TV. This room leads out to the screen enclosed pool area. The pool area has an eight person sectional where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the pool and backyard or watch TV. Outside in the screen enclosure there is an outdoor patio table, a grill, two sun loungers and a swing for relaxing or reading. Ping pong table on lanai.
