Nestled on a cul de sac on almost an acre, this home offers you privacy and the feeling of being enclosed in nature. Whether youβre a group of friends or two couples with kids, this home accommodates both. We love the bunk room in the walk-in basement right outside of the yard. The yard offers a 7 person jacuzzi with a waterfall & lights. We have an enclosed gazebo where you can bbq and a fire pit / lounge area. Almost 2,500 sq feet with and 3 floors with different atmospheres & styles. Nestled on a cul de sac on almost an acre, this home offers you privacy and the feeling of being enclosed in nature. Whether youβre a group of friends or two couples with kids, this home accommodates both. The living room, dining and kitchen are all situated on the top floor, there is a ton of windows and sunlight. There is a wrap around deck with seating area. There is also a half of bathroom and a fully stocked pantry. The middle floor has an open concept when you enter. We have a seating nook with storage, a large bathroom with a double vanity, washer/ dryer and a stand up shower. The adjacent bedroom is a queen size bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. Head downstairs to the ground level, we have custom built bunk beds, floating closets, a bar and mini fridge. The lower level offers another living space and has a couch with a TV and a dining table with stools. There is a full bathroom as well and two large patio doors which exit to the yard. The yard is our zen garden with earth tone pebbles, a 7 person jacuzzi with lights and a waterfall. We have a gazebo with a dining table and cuisinart grill. Outside you have a great hangout area with a fire-pit and hammock. In summer we offer beach towels with beach bags, 2 two seater kayaks already docked at the lake, beach chairs for you to use during your stay, the lakes also have rentals on the weekend for pedal boats, paddle boards, canoes and kayaks. We have coolers, tennis rackets, tubes, volleyballs and other water toys for you to play with. Happy to leave plenty of guidance and only a text or phone call away if you need anything at all! We have 4 lakes in our community, one is an 8-minute walk from our home. In winter we have a small ski hill with a T-bar lift on the weekends, the sledding hill is open every day and we provide blow-up tubes and sleds. Our community is approx. 10 mins drive to the Kalahari Waterpark & Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Pocono Race Track. 20-25 minutes to Camelback resorts, Mount Airy Casino, Crossing outlets & water rafting. 35-40 minutes from Bushkill Falls, Historic Jim Thorpe, Skirmish paintball, Scranton Electric City. The best way to get around is by car. Locust Lake Village has 24 hours security. The community has a $5/car fee for the length of your stay. You are able to drive to any of the four lakes and/or amenities with the car tag the office will give you at check-in. Our driveway can fit up to 5 cars, no street parking is allowed in the community. Please note the community's speed limit is 25 m/h. Security enforces reckless driving with violation tickets. Must be 25 years old to rent.
