the entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating
a cozy bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), as well as another bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200) are available for a total of 5 people on the upper floor
in one of the bedrooms there is another tv on which you can also watch a dvd or blue ray
from the larger bedroom you can go directly to a balcony that looks out onto the courtyard and where you can enjoy the sun in the evening
there is a small utility room on the ground floor The stairs to the upper floor are secured with a safety gate for our little guests.
