Summary: This cosy home is located in a working class area which is slowly being gentrified.The home from the outside is meh, however on entering it has been nicely refurbished, is clean and comfortable.The design of the home is basic and quite small, the basement area is a bonus, however this area doesn't get any natural light and is dark and cold, the gas heater doesn't do a lot to heat the area...it has a bit of a dungeon feel to it.The bedding in this area is very uncomfortable.You will definitely need a car in this location as the train station is probably four miles away, not sure about bus locations..there is a small shopping centre fairly close by but again too far to walk. Boomerang Bar is opposite the centre and has a great vibe, live music and good food.St Marks Hospital is very close to the home so perfect if you need to go there.
