Downstairs has all large flooring tiles, while laminate flooring completes the bedrooms upstairs. This is a two-level home with master bedroom/bath and large walk-in closet, balcony and bath looking out over the harbor. Two guest bedrooms upstairs share a full bath in the hall. There is a powder room downstairs.
