Summary: The check in experience was a mess. Apparently they overbooked my room and cancelled my reservation entirely.This lead me to have to move rooms in which they stated we would not have to pay for because of the inconvenience. When in fact they had already charged me for two nights of a no show, which clearly I did show up and they ran the wrong form of payment also leading to my credit taking a negative hit. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
