when you enter, you'll find a large, open area with a full kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room The kitchen features a large island, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a pantry for extra storage. The living area has plenty of seating for your group and has a large-screen smart television. It's the perfect place to catch a movie after a beach day. Standard cable and wireless internet is included with your stay. The living room opens to a deck and a fenced backyard overlooking a small canal. It's a great place for a cookout on the charcoal grill that's provided or to have your morning coffee. Off the living room and kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 6-7 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy a meal, complete a puzzle, or have a game night in this space.

If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. We ask that dogs be kenneled if left alone in the house and that you clean up after your dog outside (we provide pet waste bags). There is a $100 per dog pet cleaning fee that covers your entire stay.
