Summary: It looks like the owner is newer to the vacation rental business so maybe some of these things are already on his to do list? The little house itself is aesthetically pleasing. The exterior of the property is not what I expected and the parking situation is less than ideal. I guess it's a street parking situation but was unaware of that until after. Some things to be aware of before renting this property, the fridge isn't full sized, there is no dishwasher, tv is difficult to use and there is no printed house info like in most vrbos I've rented. I could deal with all of that but the lack of AC was a real bummer. It was too hot to sleep comfortably. I think with a dishwasher and an ac unit this could be a nice little rental.
