Positive: Great view to Batumi, great breakfast and good price. Might be hard to find, but the hosts are sending information how to find them. If you use Google maps use Botanical Garden upper entrance bus station from that point it is easy to find them.
Negative: Room 103 was a little bit worse than 102, but it can be easily fixed.
