our cape home is our "home away from home" and a cozy, relaxing place to vacation or work remotely (or a bit of both!) We love the large and peaceful backyard and enjoy spending summer evenings on the patio, grilling dinner and enjoying a glass of wine after a fun day at the beach. We love to cook and have stocked our kitchen with cookware and accessories for the nights we choose to "eat in," too. If there is a rainy day, we're prepared with board / card games, two TVs (cable and streaming), and we're less than 15 minutes from Mashpee Commons for some fun shopping. Our home is on a quiet street with a cul-de-sac, but we're just off of Route 28 with easy access to all that the Cape has to offer. we hope you love sea star as much as we do!

as you pull up the driveway , you can imagine your self enjoying your morning coffee on the cute covered porch, watching the kids run around on the large front yard playing tag
enter through the front porch door into a warm and inviting kitchen complete with all you will need to create memorable meals or simple snacks! the sun-filled and spacious kitchen offers a large peninsula countertop - the perfect spot to create a great meal for the family, all while the kids are playing a board game at the kitchen table with seating for four
the slider in the kitchen leads you out to the large private rear yard with new patio The large rhododendrons and mature plantings offer a tranquil sanctuary, perfect for relaxation and summertime cookouts and family gatherings on the outdoor furniture. Don't forget Fido - a dog is allowed and will love this partially fenced in yard.

a traditional dining room is just off the kitchen with seating for six The newly installed ductless A/C unit amply cools the open areas including the kitchen, dining room and living room. Enter the living room from the kitchen or dining room. Grab a seat on the couch or one of the comfy chairs to enjoy your favorite show on the TV, curl up on the couch to read a beach book or start a family game for all to enjoy.
