Welcome to the best family friendly vacation rental in the Summer Spell complex. we are located on the first floor right across the beach!!!
our unit has been totally remodeled with a new bathroom, bed, couch, stove, kitchen table, refrigerator, mattress and dishwasher
no stairs and right on the side of the pool The barbecue area is approximately 15 feet from the porch.
very easy access to the beach!!!
parking is very close to the door, making it easy to get luggage and groceries from your car.

Summary: We were not informed ahead of time that the building was not safe to occupy. The County posted a notice on the post and the building was condemned. We were scared that the roof would collapse on us. I have a pic of the notice and will be happy to share it with you.
