the villa offers great views over the lake from many rooms The size of the house is roughly 1300 sqft on two levels. The basement has a huge living- & dining area with an open kitchen. From the living room you can see the lake and step out on the huge terrace with further great views overlooking the water. Besides there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the basement. In the upper floor there are three more bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms in this floor offer panorama views over the lake.
