Have fun with the whole family at this newly built luxurious place. 5 minutes from the Ortegas, lake, new launch point & Cali Splash Park 10 minutes from skydiving 30 minutes away from Temecula Wineries Please park on driveway and enjoy your own private entrance on the Right-hand side. Complimentary Roku Tv and Netflixt+ on us. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!! Feel free to bring your pet whether they be furry, scaly, feathery, etc. Because a trip isn't the same without the whole family.

1 Quiet hours 9pm to 7am. Any noise complaint will be an immediate termination of the stay and cause of removal. 2. Notify me if something breaks or stops working 3. No smoking/ vaping- $500 cleaning and odor removal fee 4. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this complaint to VRBO or me, you are authorizing me, or a member of my team to access the property and fix the issue that you have with the property. 5. No parties or events allowed. 6. No Glitter, confetti, nor any tape 7. Please keep in mind, door automatically locks after 30 seconds. 8. No 3rd party bookings 9. The number of guests must equal the number on reservations. We can accommodate up to 3 guests. If you would like to reserve for more and bring your own accommodations (ex: air mattress, cot, sleeping bag, etc.), please reach out and extra fee will be applied. 10. No firearms 11.
