of nevada city. whether you seek a peaceful escape or an adventurous getaway, our haven awaits, this property has 3 bedrooms . 1 king mattress, 1 queen and two twin beds on a trundle bed frame for a maximum of 6 possible guest, as guests, you will have access to the entire house except the following: owners cabinets, back building/ storage and garage. there are some locked closets and cupboards for private storage, this property has a fence that splits the lot. on one side of the property lives the owners daughter in an rv. she shares the driveway to access her own private driveway. she does not share the backyard it is private, my husband and i are close by if you need anything we will always be available and respond promptly through airbnb messages, there can be fire dangers in our
