There are two private bedrooms, each providing access to the back patio and just steps away from the hot tub. The first bedroom contains a king bed and a futon (an extra sleeping option not included in the guest count), while the second bedroom has a queen bed. A Jack and Jill bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space.

our pet rules are as follows and by making the reservation, you are agreeing to the following rules:
1 MAX number of pets is TWO. Failure to follow this will result in additional charges as this is an HOA rule in our community and we can/will be fined from the HOA if this is not followed.
2 Clean up, both inside the home and out, after your pets.
3 No pets on furnishings or beds.
4 Pets are not to be left unattended.
5 Pets need to be leashed when outside of the fenced yard.
