our home is a second story, two bedroom, one and a half bath condo, located in north scottsdale It is a corner unit, with tons of natural light. Capable of sleeping 6 comfortably. Master includes a king bed, guest room has two twin XL beds (capable of converting to a king with a conversion kit upon request), living room offers a pullout couch and high end queen blow up mattress if needed. NEW designated office space with desk and chair. Your own washer and dryer in the home. Outdoor space has beautiful Mountain View’s with four comfortable rocking chairs to enjoy morning coffee, or happy hour. Home comes with a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen. new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large farmhouse dining table that seats 10, high speed internet, tv in both bedrooms and living room, community pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and a monthly calendar including all the fun events happening during your stay!

extremely safe neighborhood located directly across the street from a children’s playground with baseball fields and a dog park Dining, entertainment and convenience stores located just across the street including AJ’s Fine Foods, Chipotle, Flo’s Asian, Pita Jungle, Walgreens, Twin Peaks, etc. Enjoy a nice stroll to nearby events including Barrett Jackson and Waste Management Phoenix Open. 3 miles to the exciting entertainment district at the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons featuring great shopping and dining. 5 miles to TopGolf, Talking Stick Casino and Resort, and Diamondback/Rockies Spring Training. A short 10 mile Uber to the exciting nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale and 15 miles to downtown Tempe (Arizona State University). Looking for a nice hike?
