welcome to the park house- this gorgeous residence located within the historic and trendy dean park neighborhood is less than five minutes to downtown fort myers, great dining, shopping and more! Located on a corner lot, adorned by hundred year old Edison Palms and historic carriage homes, this residence has ample personality and charm. Newly renovated and featuring a comfy open-concept layout with attached covered carport and laundry room, fenced in back yard, and high speed wifi- Guests will find themselves coming back to the Park House year after year.
the space:
the park house is a two bedroom, one bath, residence One bedroom features a king bed and the other features a queen bed. Both beds feature medium firmness memory foam mattresses. The bathroom features a single vanity with shower/tub combo. The living room features ample seating including a large sofa, coffee table, and dining table with service for four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances are brand new. There is an interior access to the fenced in backyard located on the back side of the living room, so guests can easily access the back yard without having to go around the front of the house. There is also a peaceful side yard that receives ample shade and makes a nice reading nook when the weather is nice outside. The entire property received a top to bottom renovation in early 2024.
note that the park house residence itself is one half of a large duplex property located on a corner lot Each side of the duplex features its own driveway, carport, and separate fenced in back yard. The tenant on the other side of the duplex is a quiet annual renter. No elements of the Park House are shared with the other side of the property and the construction is solid concrete block, so guests can rest assured they will receive a peaceful and quiet space to enjoy during their stay.
