Beautiful apartment located on the 6th floor of a 1920's historic building in Historic Downtown Fort Myers. You can walk out the front door to a multitude of different restaurants, bars, theaters, and nightclubs. you can simply stroll along the Caloosahatchee River. You can also take a short walk to visit Thomas Edisons and Firestone's winter homes. There is not a lack of anything to do in downtown Fort Myers.

downtown fort myers has a relaxed atmosphere and is loved by visitors and locals alike You could not be more central with this apartment and have restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstop. The Marina on the Caloosahatchee river is a couple of blocks away. oxbow restaurant has seating on the riverside and is great for a treat night (reservations recommended), and for amazing views the sky bar at the luminary hotel is worth checking out!

check the schedule for events and exhibitions at the sydney berne arts centre (located directly opposite the apartment building), and you may find yourself in town for art walk, music walk, or bike night, held regularly during season
