i know you will enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the roof top deck or just sitting on the back porch over looking the canal Easy boat access to Atlantic and Gulf waters. House is five canals in from open water for a short idle through the main canal. The house has dark hardwood floors through out. The kitchen is a cooks delight with stainless steel gas stove and appliances. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath. West Indies style furniture in the living room and master bedroom. you will feel like you are at a resort!
the house has a large master suite and two guest bedrooms There is also a sleeper sofa and futon. There is ample parking space under the house and a large 40 ft dock for your boat. There is also plenty of room to park a boat trailer on the property. You don't have to leave your beloved pets behind either. We are pet friendly. My dog Wahoo comes with me every time.
the house can sleep 6 adults comfortably but if you are looking to cram 8 adults into the house this is not the house for you I prefer to rent by the month to responsible adults. This is a very nice upscale house in a quiet neighborhood. If you are wanting a house to party in and get loud please look somewhere else.
