Each bedroom has a private bathrooms, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans,and individual wall heaters for your own comfort level. Home comes with wrap around decking, screen porches, washer, dryer, dishwasher, wifi and cable TV. Each bedroom also has sliding glass doors opening to a second level deck overlooking the Hudson River. Large yard for all your family activities including a fire pit for the nightly bon fire. dogs are ok based on pre approval. This home has been undergoing renovations with an all new second floor. That is new bedrooms and bathrooms from top to bottom. the owner wishes to keep the ADK charm of the original cape style and keep the rates low for families to come and enjoy the ADKs with out breaking the bank. You will not find this home as a hotel or a modern sheek place to stay. The at home feel with return tenants that appreciate the style is what we are striving for. Make yourself at home while visiting the ADK's. With an all new second level, the bedroom still have room size rugs in stead of wall to wall carpeting as this has been quite the process.New siding, windows, main level flooring, decks, added bathrooms etc are just a few of the completed projects with more to come.
