This one bedroom apt.- sleeps up to 4 ( 2 adults, 2 children) Bedroom has a queen size bed. the living room has sleeping for 2 more on 2 single sleeper pullout chair & halfs (more suitable for children/teens - a bit smaller than a single mattress)
apt has a full kitchen, as well as back deck w/ bbq grill, and table with 4 chairs for outside dining for apartment use only. There is a full bath with washer and dryer. We have a few beach chairs for use along with some beach toys and a stroller for carting stuff to the beach. It is an easy walk to the beach (6/10 mile exactly) If you have a lot of gear, someone could drop off the family and then walk down to meet up at the beach. *** See below about new beach parking info for non-residents if you choose to park at the beach.

the location is great for walks along the back shore on atlantic road It is an easy walk to several restaurants and less than a mile to Gloucester Stage Company for live theater and just about a mile to Rocky Neck Art Colony with several dining choices available.
many more choices in downtown gloucester on main and rogers streets and more within 15 miles. There is a local fish market just down the hill from the house where you can buy fresh caught fish and lobster to bring back and enjoy on the back deck.
there is a washer and dryer in the apt and a Smart TV , no cable but Wifi and Netflix is available.
