goin' coastal has been professionally designed with the utmost attention to detail while featuring a light and airy floor plan with a soothing color palette, hardwood flooring and 10ft ceilings You will enter the home through a beautiful screened in porch where you can enjoy a morning coffee, afternoon book or an evening cocktail. The sun filled Living Room has comfortable seating for the whole family with a 50” flat screen SMART TV, it’s the perfect place to kick off your shoes and relax. It is well suited for families or couples with a fully equipped kitchen, 5 burner stove, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The Dining Room features a custom built-in banquet that seats 10, plus additional seating at the bar for 4. Additionally, on the first floor you will find a half bath and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.
there are two master suites - the first floor master bedroom features a plush king bed, large walk-in closet with luggage racks, 43” flat screen smart tv and luxurious ensuite bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile

the golf cart allows for convenient access to the private beach entrance (parking available at the front of the neighborhood) Note that a separate golf cart waiver will be sent after booking. we love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! however, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30a (property owners may with a permit) There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!.
