There are plenty of shopping and dining options available along Lake Shore Blvd. The townhouse itself has 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a fully stocked kitchen and living room space with top quality appliances, electric fireplace and a 65 inch TV on the first floor. There is also a cozy terrace with BBQ to enjoy the nice weather.
