The complex is fantastic, 2-summer pools, community hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, and of course... a short walk to the beach! Walking to the amenities just takes minutes, a bit longer to get down to the beach but still just a walk away. The condo is nice as well, updated kitchen with brand new appliances, huge TV in the living room, plus TV's in 2 of the bedrooms.
