booking and guest requirements:
guests must have a minimum of three (3) 5-star reviews, or an average rating of 48 or above with five or more reviews. Newer guests may need to provide additional information during the booking process.
a verified direct phone number on the guest's profile is required for direct communication prior to reservation Failure to provide a valid contact number may result in reservation cancellation.
pets: 1 small dog (under 25lbs) is allowed with a $100 per stay fee Guests must cleanup after their pet.

guests may not use the dollar point hoa amenities, which include the beach, tennis courts, swimming pool and bocce courts
trash:
all trash must go in the locked bear box NEVER leave trash outside of bear box. Large fines from the city will be imposed to those who bate wildlife.
occupancy and noise:
quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am
maximum occupancy: 8 people
house rules and behavior:
please respect the property, wildlife, and neighbors
no parties allowed Violation will lead to immediate cancellation without refund. Fines may be enforced by the county.
no smoking and fire safety:
no smoking of any kind, including marijuana and vaping, due to fire hazard A $500 fee applies for smoking violations.
no bonfires Follow the smoking policy for safety and conservation.
commercial use and productions:
photo/video productions require proper licensing and release Personal photos and sharing are encouraged, but commercial or professional productions require pre-negotiated rates and a location release.
check-out and late check-out:
leave the home in good condition, following check-out procedures Late check-out fee is $200 if property is not vacated 30 minutes after 11 AM check-out. More than 2 hours late results in an additional day charge.
