The unique design of this property joins three dwelling units with a three-bay garage, so no units share any walls. Thunder Mountain Place is a ground floor unit. There is no charge for off street parking. Garage parking is not available at this time.

This is not a downtown Juneau property. Downtown Juneau is substantially more expensive than the Mendenhall Valley, so this location for the price should not be compared to that of downtown. If you want to be downtown, and don't want to take a 45 minute bus ride to go 16 miles, then this space is not for you.

great value – juneau is expensive, especially during peak season, and while this is a more affordable option, we understand that it can seem expensive Part of the value is the ability to rent for only one night and have an additional person. The price fluctuates depending on the season. We have to charge more when the business is there, so that we can afford to have it vacant for long, slow periods.
