the space:
this is one of four apartments in a beautiful converted mansion 4-plex that’s common in denver’s older neighborhoods It has a great mix of old school charm with the hardwood floors, red brick building and broad windows and a modern style with the renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture.
this apartment is alone atop the third floor and has great natural light from all four sides Plus you have a great balcony off the kitchen for coffees, reading or dining al fresco.
