the house is in located in downtown phoenix and the garfield historic district approximately 1 mile from downtown I am a 5-minute walk for Ritos Authentic Mexican food.
it's a fully furnished house 3-bedroom 2 bath The master bathroom the master bedroom has a California king bed, and the other two rooms have queen size beds all brand new with Mattress protectors.
it's hypoallergenic the entire house has a metallic epoxy floor throughout no carpeting if you're sensitive to allergies this is the perfect place
it's fully furnished with kitchenware knife set and an industrial gas stove with an industrial microwave that is fully vented with an industrial microwave
i have a big backyard with an rv slide gate i was able to fit my 20-foot rv back there
if you have toys and need to park them back, there that is fine
i own the vacant lot to the east of me, so you'll only have neighbors behind you into west
i have blackout roll down curtains for all bedrooms meaning i have curtains on the inside and outside
the driveway can fit approximately four to five cars has two lanes so you don't have to move another car out you can have two cars parked next to each other
i have a tv but only in the living room i think it is 72”
i have one reclining couch to seat 3 people
this is an older house so unfortunately there are no huge walk-in closets
this house is very well-maintained new ceiling fans, stove, microwave, central air conditioner, roof, all new ceiling fans Two new Queen beds.
