Summary: We loved the opportunity to relax in beautiful surroundings. We got to watch elephants drinking in the nearby waterhole in the dark and see the impalas jumping around. We enjoyed splashing about in the pool and listening to the elephants drink as we sat around a camp fire. Unfortunately the lodge needs some refurbishment and the staff weren't as hospitable as we have found in Zimbabwe. Our shower didnt work properly so we had to use another chalets shower. The kettle we were given had the wrong plug so we had to go into the main building to boil the kettle. For what we paid for the lodge for one night it wasnt worth the money. The meal we were given was very expensive for what we received.
