➖ we do not take same-day bookings after 6 pm for same-day check-in If you have booked after 6 pm to check in that night, you must cancel within the next hour to receive a full refund, as you will be blocking our forward calendar. If you do not cancel and leave the dates blocked, no refund will be issued. Our staff finish at 6 pm.
➖ we have a rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions Guests must sign the rental agreement.
➖ we also require a copy of your id (front and back)
➖ we also require a security deposit which will be authorised separately
➖ for last-minute bookings within 3 days, guests must send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transactions.
