the space:
***the pool is open and will remain available until october 1st Access information is provided with a fee; please reach out to reserve the pool! The pool is not exclusive to the tiny home. It is available to guests in all tiny homes and glamping tents on the farm. Please note: it is a 2-3 minute walk up the hill from the tiny homes.***
fun-size farmhouse is a tiny home She is Tiny. All things put into her were thought out and tiny on purpose. When you enter through the digital lock pad you will have the bedroom, with a queen bed, to the right; the full bathroom to the front; the kitchen and dining area to the left. The dining area can fold down into a full size mattress providing sleeping space for 1 additional guest.
****please note there are many animals on the property We love them and want to respect their space. feel free to play with the chickens and sampson, but please enjoy all other animals from a distance!****

we have a guardian great pyrenees who protects farm animals from coyotes He is gentle with other dogs, but does like to play. If your dog is not friendly or doesn’t like to play, it’s probably not wise to bring your dog. We can’t put Sampson up because he has to guard the livestock.

note: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool The pool services do not take long and should not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. thanks for understanding!

we require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book
if you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
we are a pet friendly home Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
