Enormous screened in heated pool area is the perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida weather and stay cool in the pool or warm in the winter). Games such as corn hole and ladder ball can be played bug free. An outdoor bug free kitchen/bar area with plenty of seating. Beds for 12 and a large great room with plenty of room to relax and entertain. In no time, your regular daily routine is forgotten and your stress is melted away.
we have 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and extra beds to sleep up to 12 people The pool is large, salt water and heated. Early morning is the best time to see dolphins, manatees, shark, and tarpon. Bring your boat and dock it at the property. Or rent one nearby. The boat lift will accommodate small and medium boats. Large boats can dock next to the seawall. There is a public boat ramp nearby and space to park your vehicle and trailer in the driveway. You can fish off the dock (we provide fishing poles). With no houses across the river and away from the city lights, the scenery is spectacular and the stars are bright. Grab and book, sit next to the river and watch the boats go by. Or enjoy playing our provided lawn games. Or take the kayaks out and explore the river. Bring your pet(s). The entire back yard is fenced. We have neighbors close by, so please respect them with low music volume and low noise after 10pm.
we have a 10000 ft boat lift and small boat life, so bring your boats for some fun! karen and i have been hosting vacation rentals since 2016 We completed this whole house remodeling in January 2023. We own 3 other vacation rental properties nearby. We have stocked the house with all the amenities you expect from a high end vacation rental property. The property is conveniently located 20 minutes from RSW airport, 35 minutes from PGD airport, 10 minutes to downtown, 35 minutes to Bonita Beach and 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach.
