the property is centrally located in a beautiful, peaceful area of goodyear, arizona Goodyear is a suburb of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Easy access to Interstate 10, near the 303, makes just about anywhere in the area only minutes away! Home is close to shopping and many restaurants ranging from sushi to pizza to barbecue or Mexican..
the home features 3 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms with 3 common areas. It has a family room, a billiards/social room and a loft upstairs. The loft is used as our version of a home theater with a 75β SONY smart tv (YES, SEVENTY-FIVE) a Sony DVD player, a small fridge and a popcorn maker. The loft has a queen sleeper sofa which can also comfortably sleep two. A Cal-King in the master bedroom, a King in bedroom #2 and a queen in bedroom #3.
