Summary: The location was great and the views good. The layout of the main living level was excellent with a large kitchen table and seating in the family room. Unfortunately, the actual upkeep and management of the property was lacking. The bottom floor AC wasn’t working, a toilet seat was entirely missing from a bathroom, a bed spread was missing and the general flooring was not cleaned appropriately. The AC and toilet seat were addressed while we were there but these are items the management company should be identifying and handling before guests arrive. Too much money for the service provided. No need for a general response to the feedback as it will be standard with no intent to change.
