These two bedrooms share a main bath that makes sharing easy with separate rooms for toilet, tub/shower, and double sinks. There is a pull out twin size sleeper in the living area.

Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. Back door or sliding door will take you out to the fully fenced in rear yard which features a Weber grill and pleasant eating area with large outdoor dining table. Or, you can sit on the covered front porch where you can hear the ocean waves in the evening.

this home is nine blocks from the beach and in the summer season comes with a beach box from june to mid september (storage on beach at the beach entrance stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas) The Washington Street Mall (downtown area) is one mile, or a 20 minute walk away. There Washington Inn, C-View, Peter Shields, and Vintage are all within a 15 minute walk from the house. Plenty of parking in the driveway plus street parking available. Home is attached to another on one side but everything is separate: backyards are separated by a tall fence and entrance and front porch are completely separate.
